The price of each home is “all inclusive.” This means there are no additional charges for anything! We take care of utility connections, foundation, materials, appliances, installation and much more!
As an additional feature to our pre-designed and custom designed homes, is a 3-D rendered color model, which will allow detailed perception of each home. You also have a designer, completely free of charge, to customize anything on your floor plans. If you live outside our area of service but love our designs, you can purchase your plans, stamped and ready for permitting.
We offer an end-to-end client experience that includes seamless communication, budgeting, staffing, on-site organization, and solid, quality handiwork every time. We pride ourselves with informing our customers of realistic expectations.
We are known for professional workmanship and extreme quality that is guaranteed for 10 years after the completion of your project. Included with our signed contract you will have a scope of work plan with accompanying milestones from start to finish. All processes are broken down with realistic timetables.
